Venxii is a community-based platform that facilitates exposure and connection between vendors and customers. Venxii does not process payments, ship items, or manage inventory. Each vendor is solely responsible for their own sales, deliveries, and customer service.
By using Venxii, you acknowledge that Venxii shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from third-party interactions or transactions.
5. Intellectual Property
All original content, features, and functionality of the Venxii platform remain the exclusive property of Venxii and its licensors. Vendors retain ownership of their own trademarks, logos, and media used in their listings but grant Venxii permission to display this content as part of the platform experience.
6. Community Conduct
Venxii is built on respect, collaboration, and creativity. Users agree not to post or share any content that is abusive, unlawful, misleading, or infringes on the rights of others.
Venxii reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these standards or disrupt the community experience.
