Venxii does not collect payment card numbers directly. Any purchases or vendor payments happen through third-party providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, etc.) who handle that information securely.

Date of Birth & Birthday Privacy

Venxii requires your date of birth at registration for two purposes:

  • Age Verification (Required): To confirm you are at least 18 years old, as Venxii is intended for adults 18 years of age and older. This is mandatory for all members.
  • Birthday Recognition (Optional): Vendors may optionally display their birthday (month and day only) in the Vendor Birthdays section. This feature can be turned on or off at any time in your booth settings under Notification Settings.

Your Privacy is Protected

  • Your birth year is never displayed publicly — not on your vendor booth, profile, community pages, search results, or any public area of Venxii.
  • Birthday participation is completely optional. You can control this preference within your account settings at any time.
  • If you choose to participate, only the month and day of your birthday are displayed in the Vendor Birthdays section — never the year or your age.
  • If you opt out, your birthday remains entirely private and is never shown to anyone.
  • The birth year is stored internally solely for age verification purposes.

You can change your birthday display preference at any time in your booth settings under Notification Settings.
